2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data;

· Your location data processed in the services you provide within the scope of product logistics,
e. In Terms of Physical Spaces;
· Processing visitors' identity and signature data, and visual data to ensure physical space security in the factory, in accordance with occupational health and safety legislation.
3. METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data are processed by Stem Biomedical Solutions; with the establishment of employment contracts and during the post-employment process, through visual devices and physical forms at physical locations, entry-exit records assigned to employees, product sales agreements and related processes, product purchase and service processes and related processes.

4. TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
a. As Stem Biomedical Solutions, your personal data are transferred;
· To business partners and service providers located domestically and abroad to receive IT or specialized consultancy services, product and service support in personal data collection processes (database, electronic communication tool service providers, consultancy firms, etc.), or abroad due to our domestic business partners' servers being located abroad,
